Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
We aim to get your handcrafted items on their way as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard NZ Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery to rural addresses.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
3. Local Pickup
If you are located in Auckland, we offer free local pickup from Ellerslie or City Center

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to collect it.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not deliver our goods to overseas
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our couriers may have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical street address to ensure a smooth delivery process.
7. Damaged Items in Transit
While we pack our wooden products with the utmost care, sometimes things happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@dutix.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
